To fit

  1. Connect the bottom radiator hose and refit the expansion tank.

  2. Fit the expansion tank retaining bolt.
  3. Plug in the level sensor connector.
  4. Fit the upper radiator hoses to the expansion tank.
  5. Make sure the radiator drain plug is tight, top up with coolant and check for leaks.
  6. Start the engine and run it warm with the heater controls on max. heat until the radiator fans starts.
  7. Check the coolant level and freezing point. Rectify if necessary.
