Diagnosing Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs)

When diagnosing DTCs, be sure to leave ignition switch in ON position for at least 10 seconds after AIR BAG warning light goes out. This allows air bag control module enough time to finish diagnostic checks and verify proper system operation.
