To remove

WARNING: Be careful if the engine is hot. The coolant is very hot and it is also easy to get burnt on the exhaust manifold.
  1. Open the expansion tank filler cap and release the pressure. Screw the cap back on.
  2. Unplug the temperature sensor's connector.
  3. Remove the temperature sensor.
