Instrument Panel & Headlight Switch: 900

  1. Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove steering wheel. Remove 4 screws under edge of instrument panel. Tilt instrument panel back.
    CAUTION: Instrument panel retaining screws are different lengths. Note positions of screws for reassembly.
  2. Remove left speaker/defroster grille. Reach in opening and unplug wiring connectors. Disconnect speedometer cable and EGR wire. Remove instrument panel with switches. Remove cluster screws and remove cluster. To install, reverse removal procedure.
