Idle Speed: Adjustments

Idle Speed Specifications:

1. Connect tachometer.
2. Start engine and run until coolant reaches normal operating temperature.
3. Verify ignition timing is properly set.
4. Set idle speed by adjusting screw on throttle housing. Do not use the throttle stop adjusting screw for the throttle plate to adjust idle speed.
