Horn Pad & Steering Wheel

Disconnect battery ground cable. Remove horn pad. Unscrew steering wheel retaining nut. Using a puller (Dir. 21A or equivalent), remove steering wheel from shaft. To install, reverse removal procedure and note: Ensure wheels are in straight-ahead position and steering wheel spokes are in horizontal position.
