Horn Pad & Steering Wheel: Removal

Disconnect battery ground. Remove horn pad. Unscrew steering wheel retaining nut. Use a suitable puller (Dir. 21A or equivalent) to pull steering wheel from shaft.

Disconnect battery ground. Remove instrument panel housing screws. Remove bottom shroud retaining screws. Remove turn signal/light switch retaining screw. Disconnect electrical connections and remove switch.
