Remove Roof Joint Cover Strip

1. Remove roof joint cover strip -1-  .

Roof joint cover strip

1. 1.1 Unclip roof joint cover strip -1-  from the centre of the roof to the outside.
   1. 1.1.1 Carefully slide a plastic wedge at the same height as the clip -2-  between the roof moulding -1-  and roof assembly.
   2. 1.1.2 Carefully slide a second plastic wedge opposite the first plastic wedge between the body and roof moulding -1-  .
   3. 1.1.3 Press -Arrow A-  roof moulding -1-  outwards using the first plastic wedge and lift it up -Arrow B-  using a second plastic wedge.
   4. 1.1.4 Repeat these steps for the remaining clips -2-  from centre of roof to the outside.
2. 1.2 Pull -Arrow C-  roof moulding -1-  out of the rear clip -3-  and remove end cap -4-  .
3. 1.3 Pull -Arrow D-  roof joint cover strip -1-  out of the front clip -5-  and remove roof joint cover strip -1-  .
