Removing Dashboard Moulding (Passenger's Side) Without Front Passenger Display (I No.: JH1)

1. 1.1 Unscrew screw -1-  .

2. 1.2 Open the glove compartment.
3. 1.3 Guide screwdriver -1-  into the cut-out -arrow-  in the glove compartment.

4. 1.4 Release hook -2-  and hold it until the dashboard moulding (on passenger's side) at the left is detached.

   Information 

   The risk of damage is very high due to high removal forces.

5. 1.5 Unclip and remove dashboard moulding (on passenger's side).

1. 1.5.1 Loosen lower clips using a plastic wedge -2-  .
2. 1.5.2 Guide plastic wedge -3-  No. 5 from > VAS 6845 - scraper set  between the dashboard moulding (on passenger's side) -1-  and air vent for door window and loosen clips over the air vent for door window.
3. 1.5.3 Loosen the remaining clips by hand and remove dashboard moulding (on passenger's side) -1-  .
