Installing Rear Rear-End Well

Information 

• When applying adhesive, always make sure that the adhesive bead overlaps by approx. 30 mm at the beginning and at the end. 

1. Prepare 2-component adhesive for processing. Read and follow the processing instructions!

2. Install rear rear-end well -1-  .

   1. 2.1 Using the bonding gun, apply 2-component adhesive to the rear rear-end well -1-  along the cut-back adhesive bead in the form of a triangular bead of adhesive -3-  . > Application depth 15 mm 
   2. 2.2 Fit rear rear-end well -1-  on the body from above.
   3. 2.3 Weigh down the rear rear-end well -1-  evenly using weights.
3. Install holder -2-  on the lock carrier.
   1. 3.1 Position holder -2-  on the lock carrier.
   2. 3.2 Screw in and tighten screws -1-  . > Tightening torque 8 Nm ((6 ftlb.)
