Installation position

  1. Drill out spotwelds.

    Spotwelds

  2. Drill out penetrated joints.

    > 5X00IN23 REPLACING PUNCH RIVETS AND PENETRATED JOINTS

  3. Separate welded seams.

  4. Set cut at the marked position -dimension A-  .

    > Distance 85 mm

  5. Heat bonding areas -A, B and C-  using > V.A.G 1416 - Hot-Air Blower  .

  6. Remove (inner) rear wheel housing section.
