Installing Pressure Pipe (From Turbocharger To Charge-Air Cooler)

- Installation is performed in rev erst order. Pay particular attention to the following:
- 1.1 Replace seal on upper part of pressure pipe.
- 1.2
Tighten screws on upper part of pressure pipe.
- Tightening torque 8 Nm (6 ftlb.)
- 1.3
Tighten screw securing upper part of pressure pipe to cylinder block.
- Tightening torque 8 Nm (6 ftlb.)
- 1.4 Replace seal on lower part of pressure pipe.
- 1.5
Tighten screws securing lower part of pressure pipe to upper part of pressure pipe.
- Tightening torque 8 Nm (6 ftlb.)
- 1.6
Tighten screw-type clamp securing pressure hose to lower part of pressure pipe.
- Tightening torque 5.5 Nm (4 ftlb.)
