Installing Oil Cooler

  1. Position oil cooler with new O-rings.
  2. Secure oil cooler -1-  .

    Screws on oil cooler

    1. 2.1 Fit and tighten screws -2-  .

      > Tightening torque 20 Nm (15 ftlb.) 

  3. Secure coolant hoses -1-  on the oil cooler with spring band clamps -2-  .

  4. Remove hose clamps or hose clamping pliers.
