Removing Circulating Pump

  1. Have suitable stoppers ready for closing off the line connections.
  2. Loosen evaporator holder -3-  .
    1. 2.1 Unscrew screws -2-  .
    2. 2.2 Screw off nut -1-  .
    3. 2.3 Suspend evaporator holder -3-  at the side.

  3. Remove coolant hoses -3-4-  .
    1. 3.1 Loosen spring band clamps -1-2-  using > VAS 6930 - spring band clamp pliers  and pull them off the adapter on the circulating pump.
    2. 3.2 Disconnect coolant hoses -3-4-  and close them off using stoppers.
    3. 3.3 Set coolant hoses -3-4-  aside.

  4. Remove circulating pump -4-  .
    1. 4.1 Release and disconnect electric plug connection -1-  .
    2. 4.2 Unscrew screw on circulating pump holder -2-  , open the holder -3-  and remove circulating pump -4-  .
