The procedure 1ir removing and installing is described for one side as an example. The procedure for the other side is almost identical.

Remove moulded hose -1- from charge air cooler to intake distributor.
1. 1.1 Undo screw-type clamps -Arrows- and remove -1- moulded hose.
2. 1.2 Remove moulded hose -1- in a downward direction.
