Removing Additional Coolant Pump For Low-Temperature System (P1)

  • Danger of scalding 

    → Avoid contact with hot fluid.

    → Wear personal protective gear.

  1. Remove additional coolant pump for low-temperature system -1-  .
    1. 1.1 Loosen spring band clamps -2-  using > VAS 6890 - Spring Band Clamp Pliers  and pull off coolant hoses -3-  .
    2. 1.2 Catch escaping coolant and close off line connections using suitable stoppers.
    3. 1.3 Release and disconnect cable plug -4-  .
    4. 1.4 Unscrew screw -5-  .
    5. 1.5 Open holder -6-  and remove additional coolant pump for low-temperature system -1-  .
