Removing Fuel Line (High-Pressure, Right)

Danger of scalding
→ Allow the fuel to cool down before opening line connections.

→ Wear protective gloves.

Information

Check fuel line for damage following removal and replace it if necessary.

Expose fuel line.

1.1 Release and disconnect electric plug connection -4- for ignition coils -1- .
1.2 Loosen oxygen sensor lines -2- from cable duct -3- .

1.3 Pull cable duct -3- off ball studs -arrows- and set it aside.

Overview of cylinder bank 1

Remove fuel line -1- .

2.1 Press sound absorber aside and unscrew union nut -2- on the rail.
2.2 Unscrew union nuts -3- .
Information
- Open connections and lines must be closed off using suitable stoppers or caps.

2.3 Unscrew screw -4- and guide out fuel line with holder -1- .
