Removing Charging Socket

Release and unplug electric plug connection -1- .

Disconnect ground line -1- from the body.

2.1 Unscrew fastening screw -2- .

2.2 Move ground line -1- aside.

Cut tie-wrap -1- and pull water drain -2- off the charging socket.

Tie-wrap
Press grommet -1- out of the wheel housing using a suitable tool.

Sleeve
Release and disconnect connector for loudspeaker.
Guide electric lines out of the passenger compartment into the wheel housing.
Unscrew fastening screws -1- and pull charging socket -2- down out of the fuel tank well.
