Tightening Sequence For High-Pressure Fuel Lines

Fit union nut -1- by hand.
1. 1.1 Coat thread on union nuts with Microgleit DF 977S. Observe drying time of at least 5 minutes before fitting.
Tighten screws -2- with > tightening torque 8 Nm (5.9 ftlb.) > final tightening torque 45° .
Screw with -3- > Tightening torque 9 Nm (6.6 ftlb.)
Union nut -1- with > tightening torque of 10 Nm (7.4 ftlb.) > Torque angle 60°
