Preliminary Work

  1. Disconnect 48-volt vehicle electrical system.

    > 270703 DISCONNECTING AND STARTING 48 V SYSTEM

  2. Remove front wheels.

    > 440519 REMOVING AND INSTALLING WHEEL

  3. Remove front-axle support (rear section).

    > 400819 REMOVING AND INSTALLING FRONT-AXLE SUPPORT 

  4. Remove rear part of wheel housing liner at the left.

    > WM, 505619 REMOVING AND INSTALLING FRONT WHEEL HOUSING LINER
