Removing Battery Sensor

NOTE: Voltage peaks 
  • Risk of damage to electrical load or to the control unit 

    → Switch off ignition and keep transmitter key outside of the transmission range (at least 5 m).

    → Switch off electrical loads before disconnecting or removing them.

  1. Disconnect the negative cable -1-  on the battery.

  2. Release and disconnect electric plug connection at the battery sensor.

  3. Loosen fastening screws on cover strip -1-  and remove cover strip.

  4. Screw off fastening nut for ground line -1-  on the body and remove ground line and battery sensor.
