Installing Battery Sensor

  1. Installation is performed in reverse order. Pay particular attention to the following:

    Tightening torque for nut securing ground strap to body: > Tightening torque 15 Nm (11 ftlb.) 

    Tightening torque for battery ground line: > Tightening torque 3.5 Nm (2.5 ftlb.) 

    Tightening torque for screws on cover: > Tightening torque 1.5 Nm (1.1 ftlb.)
