Removing Crankcase Cover

  1. Unscrew screws on holder for change-over valve -1-  and move holder -2-  aside.

  2. Remove guide for oil dipstick -2-  .
    1. 2.1 Unscrew screw on guide for oil dipstick -1-  .
    2. 2.2 Pull guide for oil dipstick -2-  out of the crankcase cover.

  3. Remove crankcase cover -18-  .
    1. 3.1 Unscrew screws on crankcase cover -1 to 17-  .
    2. 3.2 Screw a screw for the crankcase cover -18-  into each of the threaded bores -Arrows-  by hand.
    3. 3.3 Tighten screws carefully and uniformly in order to loosen the crankcase cover -18-  from the bonding.
    4. 3.4 Remove crankcase cover -18-  and remove screws from the threaded bores -Arrows-  .
