Installing Servo Motor For Fresh Air/Ram Air Flap

- Installation is performed in reverse order.
- Check the following: Both gear wheels -1 and 2-
on the servo motor -3-
fit only at one position with respect to each other.
- 2.1 If the servo motor is installed and the position of the gear wheel -2- on the servo motor is different to the position before removal, the servo motors must be taught.
- 2.2 If the servo motor is installed and the position of the gear wheel -2- on the servo motor is the same as it was before removal, the servo motors do not have to be taught.
- 2.3 If a new servo motor is installed, the servo motors must be taught.
Position of servo motor gear wheels
- Screw in and tighten screws > Tightening torque 1.5 Nm (1 ftlb.)
