The adhesive pad cannot be pulled off without damaging it and must always be replaced.
Pull off adhesive pad -1- .

Removing rear-view mirror

4.1 Tie cord to the plug connection.
4.2 Pull up rear-view mirror. -arrow-
4.3 Pull wire harness out of the door.
4.4 Detach the cord (remains in the door).
