Cut carefully. Do not damage the paintwork or windscreen.
- Open the rear lid.
- Unscrew nuts -2-

- Unscrew threaded bolt -1-

- Cut off the foam surround -1-
around the rear panoramic roof glass panel using a cutter.

- Mask the roof pillar and rear lid with adhesive tape -1-

WARNING: Vehicle windows removed and installed incorrectly- Danger of cuts
- Risk of eye injuries
→ Wear personal protective gear.
→ Always shut off power supply when replacing cutting knife.
- Pierce adhesive bead on the left roof edge using a scratch awl -1-
and guide cutting cord into the passenger compartment.

- Cut adhesive bead at the rear using > VAS 861 001A - Window removal set

- Cut adhesive bead on both sides using > VAS 861 001A - Window removal set

- Cut adhesive bead at the front.

- 9.1 Pierce adhesive bead on the front roof assembly at the right using a scratch awl -1- and guide cutting cord into the interior of the vehicle.
- 9.2 Cut adhesive bead at the front using > VAS 861 001A - Window removal set > Adhesive bead at the sides
- Cut adhesive bead at the front corner on both sides using > VAS 861 001A - Window removal set
