Subsequent Work

  1. Install evaporator.

    > REMOVING AND INSTALLING EVAPORATOR 

  2. Only if expansion valve was replaced: 

    Teach expansion valve using > 9900 - PIWIS Tester 3  .

    1. 2.1 Connect the > 9900 - PIWIS Tester 3  to the vehicle and switch on the PIWIS Tester.
    2. 2.2 Switch on ignition.
    3. 2.3 Start diagnostics.
    4. 2.4 Select Thermal management control unit. 
    5. 2.5 Select the Maintenance/repairs  tab.
    6. 2.6 Select menu item Expansion valve (EXV1). 
    7. 2.7 Follow the instructions on the Tester.
