Installing Striker Pin

  1. Install lock peg -1-  .
    1. 1.1 Fit lock peg -1-  and align according to the markings.
    2. 1.2 Screw in screws -2-  .
    3. 1.3 Carefully close the door and check that the lock peg -1-  is positioned correctly with respect to the door lock.
    4. 1.4 Re-align lock peg -1-  if necessary.
    5. 1.5 Tighten screws -2-  > Tightening torque 25 Nm (19 ftlb.)

  2. Remove markings you made previously using isopropanol.
  3. Check gap dimensions and adjust the lock peg if necessary > Adjusting lock peg
