Removing Solenoid Hydraulic Valve For Valve Lift Adjustment (Cylinder 3)

Only for intake side of cylinder 3:
- Remove partial load vent line for oil mist separator -2-
.
- 1.1 Press release buttons on both sides and loosen adapter -1- .
- 1.2 Remove partial load vent line -2- .

- Lift up moulded part -2-

- 2.1 Release and disconnect electric push-on connector -1- .
- 2.2 Lift up moulded part -2- for easier access to the solenoid hydraulic valve for valve lift adjustment.
Intake side of cylinder 3
- Unscrew fastening screws -1-
and remove solenoid hydraulic valve for valve lift adjustment -2-

Only for outlet side of cylinder 3:
- Remove partial load vent line for oil mist separator -2-
.
- 4.1 Press release buttons on both sides and loosen adapter -1- .
- 4.2 Remove partial load vent line -1- .

- Remove engine wire harness guide -2-
.
- 5.1 Unclip, release and disconnect electric plug connection -1- .
- 5.2 Open engine wire harness guide -2- and remove wire harness.
- 5.3 Screw off fastening nuts -3- .
- 5.4 Remove engine wire harness guide -2- .

- Lift up moulded part -4-

- 6.1 Pull tank vent valve -1- off holder -2- .
- 6.2 Release and disconnect electric plug connection -3- .
- 6.3 Lift up moulded part -4- for easier access to the solenoid hydraulic valve for valve lift adjustment.
Tank vent
- Unscrew fastening screws -1- and remove solenoid hydraulic valve for valve lift adjustment -2- .
