Preliminary Work

  1. Removing wheel.

  2. Removing header tank panel cover.

    > Refer to 852219 Removing and installing header tank panel cover.  in the appropriate service information.

  3. Removing front underbody cover.

  4. Removing and installing air guide at the side (behind charge-air cooler)

    > 211019 REMOVING AND INSTALLING FRONT AIR GUIDE AT THE SIDE (BEHIND CHARGE-AIR COOLER)

    For vehicles with air suspension: 

  5. Release air from the level control.
