Preparing Sliding-Roof Panel For Installation

Information 

Bonding surfaces must be clean and free of grease.

1. Set cover down on the padded assembly base.
2. Remove adhesive residue and prime bonding surface -2-  .
   1. 2.1 Remove adhesive residue all the way around.
   2. 2.2 Clean bonding surface -2-  with isopropanol.
   3. 2.3 In the bonding surface area -2-  , apply primer > PRIMER 999.915.577.40  .

      Information 

      Do not exceed the maximum processing time for the primer. Otherwise, primer will have to be applied again.

      > Processing time at 20°C 60 min 

   4. 2.4 Allow primer to dry off; it must be dust-dry before any adhesive is applied.

      > Drying time 2 Minuten
