Removing Centre Retaining Strip And Retaining Strip For Tail Light

The number of electric plug connections can vary, depending on equipment.

The following steps are shown on the left-hand side of the vehicle as an example. The procedure is identical on both sides of the vehicle.

1. Unclip wiring harness.
2. Screw off nuts -1-  on centre retaining strip.

3. Unclip centre retaining strip from retaining strip for tail light -4-  and remove it.

4. Remove centre retaining strip at the bottom > Removing centre retaining strip at the bottom  .

   1. 4.1 Screw off nut -1-  .
   2. 4.2 Remove centre retaining strip at the bottom.
5. Remove retaining strip for tail light > Removing retaining strip for tail light  .

1. 5.1 Unscrew nuts -7-  on retaining strip for tail light.
2. 5.2 Remove retaining strip for tail light.
