Tightening Sequence For Cylinder Head

Tightening sequence:	Tightening torque/torque angle
-1 to 8-	Screw in as far as they will go by hand.
-1 to 8-	Initial tightening
-1 to 8-	Tightening torque
-1 to 8-	Torque angle
-1 to 8-	Final tightening
-9-	Initial tightening
-10-	Initial tightening
-9-	Torque angle
-10-	Torque angle

Loosening sequence in reverse order.

Tightening sequence for cylinder head for cylinders 1 to 4 (right)

1 to 8	Screw/replace > Initial tightening 30 Nm (22 ftlb.) > Tightening torque 50 Nm (37 ftlb.) > Torque angle + 90° > Final tightening + 90°
9	Screw/replace > Initial tightening 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.) > Torque angle + 90°
10	Screw/replace > Initial tightening 8 Nm (6 ftlb.) > Torque angle + 90°
