Subsequent Work

Install strut -4- .

1.1 Position strut -4- and screw in screw -5- and -6- .

Tightening torque for screw -5- securing strut to chassis subframe: > Initial tightening 20 Nm (15 ftlb.)

> Final tightening + 90°

Tightening torque for screw -6- securing strut to reinforcement: > Tightening torque 20 Nm (15 ftlb.)

Installing strut

Secure electric lines to strut -4- .
1. 2.1 Fit bracket -2- with electric lines and screw in and tighten nut -1- > Tightening torque 4 Nm (3 ftlb.)
2. 2.2 Clip electric line -3- into strut -4- .

Securing bracket and clipping in electric line
Fill in coolant and bleed the cooling system.

Install front trim panel (engine compartment) at the right.

Install cover for front lock support.
> 703919 REMOVING AND INSTALLING COVER FOR FRONT LOCK SUPPORT
Connect the battery.
