Installing Tie-Rod Ball

Fit tie-rod ball -1- on the tie rod.

Securing tie-rod ball
1. 1.1 Tighten lock nut -2- > Tightening torque 90 Nm (67 ftlb.)
2. 1.2 Counter the tie-rod ball -1- at the flattened areas -arrows- using a suitable open-ended wrench.
Fit tie-rod ball -1- on the wheel bearing housing.

Mounting for tie-rod ball on wheel bearing housing
1. 2.1 Tighten nut -2-. > Tightening torque 85 Nm (63 ftlb.)
Connect and lock electric connector -2- on the front speed sensor -1-.
