Installing Frame For Light (Saloon)

Information 

• Before final assembly, make sure you fully understand all the work steps involved and carry out a trial assembly without applying adhesive. 
• The bonding process can only be carried out reliably when a smooth and swift sequence of operations is guaranteed. 
• Do not begin bonding work until all materials and tools necessary for later repair work are available. 

1. Install frame for light (Saloon) and reinforcement and check that they fit perfectly.
2. Apply adhesive on the joint area of the body.

   Apply adhesive evenly over the entire bonding surface. > Application depth 0.5 mm 

   > 5X00IN21 Working with body structural adhesive

3. Apply adhesive on frame for light (Saloon) and reinforcement.

   Apply adhesive evenly over the entire bonding surface. > Application depth 0.5 mm 

   1. 3.1 Also apply an adhesive bead of sealant all around the bonding surface. > Application depth 3 mm

5. Set flow-form rivets.
   1. 5.1 In area -A-  , set flow-form rivets > FLOW-FORM RIVETS 9A7.008.606.00  .
   2. 5.2 In area -B-  , set flow-form rivets > FLOW-FORM RIVETS 9A7.008.607.00  .
   3. 5.3 In area -C-  , set flow-form rivets > FLOW-FORM RIVETS 9A7.008.473.00  .
