Installing Rear Closing Panel (Saloon)

Information 

  1. Install rear closing panel (Saloon) and check that it fits perfectly.
  2. Apply adhesive on the joint area of the body.

    Apply adhesive evenly over the entire bonding surface. > Application depth 0.5 mm

    Bonding surfaces

  3. Apply adhesive on rear closing panel (Saloon).

    Apply adhesive evenly over the entire bonding surface. > Application depth 0.5 mm 

    1. 3.1 Also apply an adhesive bead of sealant all around the bonding surface. > Application depth 3 mm

  4. Set blind rivets. > BLIND RIVETS 999.190.229.01

  5. Set flow-form rivets. > FLOW-FORM RIVETS 9A7.008.473.00 

    > 5X00IN23 REPLACING PUNCH RIVETS AND PENETRATED JOINTS
