Installing Inner Roof Pillar

1. Install inner roof pillar and check that it fits perfectly.

   Information 

   • Before final assembly, make sure you fully understand all the work steps involved and carry out a trial assembly without applying adhesive. 
   • The bonding process can only be carried out reliably when a smooth and swift sequence of operations is guaranteed. 
   • Do not begin bonding work until all materials and tools necessary for later repair work are available. 

   Information 

   • Apply adhesive evenly over the entire bonding surface. 
2. Apply adhesive on joint areas of the body.

   > Application depth 0.5 mm

3. Apply adhesive on inner roof pillar.

   Information 

   • Apply adhesive evenly over the entire bonding surface. 
   1. 3.1 Apply adhesive evenly on bonding areas of the inner roof pillar.

      > Application depth 0,5 mm 

   2. 3.2 Also apply a bead of adhesive all around the bonding surface. > Application depth 3 mm

4. Rivet in inner roof pillar. > BLIND RIVET 999.190.229.01 

   Blind rivets

5. Resistance spot-weld inner roof pillar.
