Installing Roof (Panoramic Roof)
Information
- Before final assembly, make sure you fully understand all the work steps involved and carry out a trial assembly without applying adhesive.
- The bonding process can only be carried out reliably when a smooth and swift sequence of operations is guaranteed.
- Do not begin bonding work until all materials and tools necessary for later repair work are available.
- Install roof (panoramic roof) and check that it fits perfectly.
- > Structural adhesive for bonding the roof (panoramic roof)
must be applied evenly to the joint area of the body.

- 4.1 Fit in roof (panoramic roof) and secure it.
- 4.2 Rivet in roof (panoramic roof) using > flow-form rivet -A- .
- 4.3 Apply aluminium-weld to roof in area -B- .
