Installing Sub-Part Of Cowl Panel Bracket

1. Apply adhesive on the body and sub-part of cowl panel bracket.

   > 5X00IN WORKING WITH BODY STRUCTURAL ADHESIVE

   > Application depth 3.0 mm

2. Install sub-part of cowl panel bracket and check that it fits perfectly.

3. Rivet in sub-part of cowl panel bracket.
   1. 3.1 Rivet in sub-part of cowl panel bracket in area -A-  . > BLIND RIVET 999.190.229.01 
   2. 3.2 Rivet in sub-part of cowl panel bracket in area -B-  . > BLIND RIVET 999.190.227.01

4. Apply a full weld to sub-part of cowl panel bracket -1-  using inert gas.

5. Apply a full weld to sub-part of A-pillar -1-  at separation points in the area.
