Installing Lock Carrier

1. Installation is performed in reverse order. Pay particular attention to the following:

Screw in and tighten screws for headlight mounting: > Tightening torque 5.5 Nm (4 ftlb.) 

Screw in and tighten screws securing reinforcement to module carrier. > Tightening torque 20 Nm (15 ftlb.) 

Screw in and tighten screws securing radiator to lock carrier. > Tightening torque 13 Nm (9.5 ftlb.) 

Screw in and tighten screws for front bumper. > Tightening torque 50 Nm (37 ftlb.) +/- 15 % 

Screw in and tighten screws for lock carrier. > Tightening torque 6 Nm (4.5 ftlb.)
