Removing Condenser

Information 

• For all work on the air-conditioning system that necessitates opening the refrigerant system, the system contents must first be disposed of in accordance with regulations. 
• Dirt and moisture must be kept out of the air-conditioning system pipes and hoses. 
• Cleanliness must be ensured during all work. 
• System components must never be cleaned on the inside with hot steam. 
• Only use nitrogen for cleaning. 
• When replacing a component, all openings must be closed off using suitable stoppers immediately after opening the system. 

1. Disconnect refrigerant lines -1 and 2-  from the condenser.

   Refrigerant lines on condenser

   1. 1.1 Unscrew and remove screws -3-  .
   2. 1.2 Disconnect refrigerant lines -1 and 2-  from the condenser.
   3. 1.3 Close off refrigerant lines using suitable stoppers.
   4. 1.4 Release and disconnect electric plug connection -4-  .
2. Remove condenser -1-  .

   Condenser

   1. 2.1 Loosen mountings -2-  (-arrows A-  ).
   2. 2.2 Remove condenser -1-  by pulling it upwards -arrow B-  .
