Installing Fuel Line (From Rear Underbody To Fuel Pump)

Installation is performed in reverse order. Pay particular attention to the following:

  1. Pre-fill the fuel system.
    1. 1.1  Connect the PIWIS Tester  to the vehicle and switch on ignition.
    2. 1.2  Select Auxiliary heating (fuel) control unit  in the control unit overview.
    3. 1.3 Maintenance/repairs  must now be selected.
    4. 1.4  Select Line filling  and press Next and follow the instructions on the PIWIS Tester.
