Installing Pressure Pipe (From Turbocharger To Charge-Air Cooler)

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Installation is performed in reverse order. Pay particular attention to the following:
    1. 1.1  Tighten screw-type clamps on pressure hose -2-  .
      • Tightening torque 5.5 Nm (4.1 ftlb.)

    2. 1.2  Tighten screws securing pressure pipe to turbocharger -4-  .

      Left: 

      • Tightening torque 9 Nm (6.6 ftlb.) 

      Right: 

      • Tightening torque 9 Nm (6.6 ftlb.)

    3. 1.3  Tighten screw-type clamp on pressure pipe -2-  .
      • Tightening torque 5.5 Nm (4.1 ftlb.)
