Making Ground Connection Using A Through Bolt

Drill a hole. > Diameter 4 mm

Remove dirt and primer on both sides using an end brush > 9399/3 - end brush .

Removing primer
Drill out the bore. > Diameter 8 mm

Drilling out bore
De-burr the bore on both sides.
Fit countersunk screw through the bore and secure it with a hexagon nut. > COUNTERSUNK SCREW 999.073.549.01 > HEXAGON NUT 900.377.003.01
Tighten threaded joint to the specified torque. > Tightening torque 15 (11 ftlb.) Nm
Seal threaded joint.
