Installing Rear Lid Seal

  1. Move rear lid seal -1-  into installation position.

    Rear lid seal

    1. 1.1  Position marking -2-  on the rear lid seal -1-  at the centre of the vehicle.
    2. 1.2  Fit rear lid seal -1-  with the vent holes facing outwards on the sheetmetal flange.
  2. Press rear lid seal -1-  onto the sheetmetal flange -Arrows-  .

  3. Check that the rear lid seal -1-  is seated securely and that the surface is flush, especially in the rounded areas.
