Installing Filler Flap (Module)

Information 

The filler flap (module) will be damaged during removal and must be replaced during installation.

1. Guide new filler flap (module) -1-  into the opening in the body -Arrow-  .

3. Lock electric plug connection -1-  at the actuator -2-  .

4. Guide emergency release operating cable -1-  in through the bodyshell.

6. Align the filler flap housing so that the rubber lip -1-  goes all around the outside of the filler flap housing -Arrows-  .

7. Press the filler flap housing against the body until the locking lugs engage securely.
8. Clip in retaining strap -2-  and screw in fuel tank cap -1-  .
