Assembling Front Lid

Information 

• Carefully clean body in the installation area with isopropanol to remove any dirt. 
• Always use a clean, lint-free cloth. 
• The room and object temperature must be at least +15 °C. 
• Humidity must be 50% +/- 10%. 
• The parts must have been bonded for at least 72 hours before washing the vehicle in a car wash. 

Information 

• Check installation position of the guide plate. 
• Arrow on sealing surface must be pointing in the opposite direction to direction of travel. 

1. Install guide piece -1-  .

   Guide piece

   1. 1.1  Clip in guide piece -1-left arrow-  .
   2. 1.2  Remove protective film -2-right arrow-  .
   3. 1.3  Press on guide piece
2. Fit rubber stop and tighten nut to > Tightening torque 10 (7.5 ftlb.) Nm  .

3. Fit guide plate and tighten screws to > Tightening torque 10 (7.5 ftlb.) Nm  .
