Installing Hydraulic Unit

- Installation is performed in reverse order. Pay particular attention to the following:
Brake lines on hydraulic unit
- 1.1 Only for left-hand drive vehicles:
Tighten union nuts securing brake lines to hydraulic unit -7 to 12- .
> Tightening - torque 14 Nm (10.5 ftlb.)
- 1.2 Only for right-hand drive vehicles:
Tighten union nuts securing brake lines to hydraulic unit (hydraulic unit to brake calliper) -7 to 10- :
> Tightening - torque 14 Nm (10.5 ftlb.)
- 1.3 Only for right-hand drive vehicles:
Tighten union nuts securing brake lines to hydraulic unit (brake master cylinder to hydraulic unit) -8 and 9- and -11 and 12- :
> Tightening - torque 18 Nm (13 ftlb.)
- 1.1 Only for left-hand drive vehicles:
- Install pressure hose -1-

Pressure hose
- 2.1 Insert pressure hose -1-
on both sides and tighten screw clamps -2-

> Tightening - torque 5.5 Nm (4 ftlb.)
- 2.1 Insert pressure hose -1-
on both sides and tighten screw clamps -2-
