Preparing Wheel Housing Extension For Installation

  1. Cut wheel housing extension with an overlap of approx. 30 mm with respect to the body.
  2. Check that the wheel housing extension fits perfectly and secure it to the body.
  3. Cut through both plates.

  4. Remove wheel housing extension.
  5. Drill holes for plug-welding using a drill bit with a diameter of > Diameter 8.0 mm  .

  6. Prepare marked areas for resistance spot-welding/plug-welding.
